30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Within 30 days of the Orb’s delivery date, you may return products purchased on the Reflect Shop for a full refund of your purchase price. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included accessories (travel bag and USB cable) and documentation. We’re happy to provide a pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the United States. Once we confirm that the Orb is returned to us, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
Return of products to Reflect requires prior contact and approval by firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item you are returning was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return.
Reflect hereby represents and warrants that for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of the device (The “Warranty Period”), the device shall be free from material defects in material and workmanship and shall substantially perform in accordance with Reflect’s documentation and the tutorials (if any), describing the use, features and operation of the service, in all material respects, all in accordance with the terms of the limited product warranty, provided with the device.
REPLACEMENTS UNDER WARRANTY
If you believe your Reflect Orb is defective during the warranty period, please contact Reflect’s Customer Support by email at email@example.com for a warranty return authorization. A Reflect representative will communicate with you to determine whether to authorize warranty replacement.
If authorized, Reflect will exchange the product without charge. Reflect will ship a replacement product to you, freight prepaid. You are responsible for securely packing the defective product and returning it to Reflect within ten (10) working days of receipt of the replacement. In the event that you fail to return the defective one, Reflect requires a debit or credit card number to secure the cost of the replacement product.
Devices with a manufacturing or technical defect discovered after the expiration of the 30-day period referenced above but within the Warranty Period will be repaired, replaced or refunded.If you have purchased a device which is defective within the Warranty Period, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect. Please take proper note of any terms or instructions that accompany the device. Once we have assessed a returned item and approved a refund (i.e., as opposed to repairing your device or sending you a replacement), you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
